Holidays and Time Off

Taking time away from work is important. BrightSpring provides eligible full-time employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays to support time away for vacation, personal needs, illness, appointments, volunteer activities, and other needs.

PTO:

Eligible employees earn PTO each pay period based on length of full-time service. PTO may be used in accordance with the applicable PTO policy.

Important: PTO rules may vary based on applicable state law. Review the PTO policy that applies to your work location for complete information regarding accrual, use, carryover, maximum balances, and other applicable requirements.
